Selam Misgano

Selam is the founder of the Tesfa Program and the host of the13 Months of Sunshine Podcast Series. With her background in public health, she interviews Ethiopian community members in her native language, Amharic, in addition to English, to share these powerful stories with the world.

Rachael Podesfinski

Rachael manages logistics and projects for the Tesfa Program, including a best practices toolkit project. As a non-Ethiopian community member, she works to translate Ethiopian cultural practices for social service and public health providers.
